The hourly consultation fee of $350 U$D includes an initial 30-minute phone call, called “intake process”, to gather relevant case-specific information from the client to fully understand their legal issue. During this consultation, the client can provide a complete overview of their case, share details of the parties and/or events involved, and provide any relevant documentation. The attorney will attentively listen and ask clarifying questions to grasp the case thoroughly.

After the initial intake call, the attorney will schedule a follow-up call of up to 30 minutes. This final call will involve discussing the attorney’s initial legal analysis and assessment of the client’s case. This includes evaluating its merits, identifying potential legal issues, strengths, and challenges. The attorney will also determine the best course of action and discuss potential legal strategies and options available to the client. Additionally, the attorney may outline the firm’s fee structure and terms of representation during this call.
