Eligibility:

To qualify for a B-1 visa, individuals must demonstrate that their intended activities in the U.S. are strictly business-related and temporary in nature. Validity / Extensions:

B-1 visas are typically granted for ten years, with each entry allowing a stay of up to six months. However, individuals can request an extension of stay for an additional six months if needed. Family Members:

Family members accompanying the visa holder must apply for their individual B-2 visas separately.
